I ticked "No, on a completely different bike," although I've still got an SV in the garage, it is now fully standard & I've dis-owned it

An ex-TL1000 owner collects it on Satuday the 23rd...

New bike is a KTM 950 Supermoto (as & when the dealer can confirm when it'll be ready - it seems that no-one tells anyone anything at the dealers & they don't have an orderbook or computers etc That's a whole other story )

Still got my SV and wouldn't change it for the world.

I have got a FireBlade as well though.
I didn't have any desire for another bike and wasn't looking, but it was so lost and forlorn in the forecourt at work. Everyone was laughing at it's yellow/purple/white/black paint job with orange wheels - I kinda felt sorry for it.
It was a sympathy buy.

Been resprayed a very dark metallic BLUE and is now a very sexy beast. People still smirk at it, but that's only because it's very big and wide... and I'm very tiny (apparently).

I consider myself now to be in the best situation and see no reason to change either bike.

Now if I could only do away with these crutches and actually ride either of them...

SV for me most of the time cos it's the most practical bike for getting around this overcrowded place. But the ZX9R is nice for outa town.

Black Naked SV1000, and a Green ZX6R.
