Nice looking bike.

What i wanna know tho is what are all those peeps looking at behind that white van?
I like the Dunlop on the forks too, but tell me, are you gonna feel a little silly if you run any rubber other than Dunlop?

The folks in the white van had just seen a Kawasaki, amazed that it had made it this far north.....As for Dunlop, I only use Dunlop tyres because my chum works for them.

Ah, handy having a mte who can get tyres at knock dowm prices. I envy you.

but then again the Dunny 208s i had on last year didnt exactly impress me and were very twitchy in the wet.
What you got on there now then? And how do you find them in general?

The wheels are off at present. Going to have a look at some tyres tomorrow at ally pally. I was going to look at the 208's this time. You dont rate them then? My mate has pilot powers on his rsvr. Says they are awesome.

Yeh i had the 208s then went onto the Pilot powers too, still got the rear of that at home too.
i like the pilots, they were grippy enough once up to temp but a little squirmy for me when you first get going. But then its only a few hundered yards from home before i hit dual carriageway so its not like they get time to get up to temp.

I prefered the pilots to the 208s for sure. Then when i got the current rubber, the conti attacks, they really showed me how little i was tipping the bike over on the pilots.

I'd say the contis i'm on now are good wet or dry but i have heard some very good things about the new Vipers too from someone who used to run the contis.
