Your only hope is that the micro number plate on your bike was illegible (or that there was no film in the camera (and it wasn't one of those direct digital jobbies)).

It wasn't so much a red light jump, but an illegal left turn which got me flashed. Which one should I own up to? ie, which one has the smaller penalty?

Actually, if you do get a ticket, appeal and say you didn't run a light, because technically, you didn't. The position of your bike may well help your case.

(Of course, you didn't realise that you couldn't turn right did you ?)
