Also I've found the marks on the bike where it was struck:

The front left engine casing and the left foot peg.

I also forgot to say.. I was wearing, Frank Thomas armoured (knee) trousers, jacket (elbows/shoulders), gloves, a Knox back protector, caberg flip up lid, and Daytona boots. So far I have no injuries other then a little bit of a ache in my back, lets see how I am tomorrow.

Also I had a nice bright orange and yellow 'safety' vest on and this is my first (touch wood) hit in 25k+ miles.
