Hello again

Just thought I'd pop in to tell you that I've just had my first race meeting and all went well. Didn't win or anything - in fact, I made sure I crashed at the beginning of qualifying to give everyone a chance Anyway, onwards and upwards for Lydden in two weeks' time.

If you do want to trawl through a lengthy report then I've stuck one up on visordown, but the gist is that I had a lot of fun. Odd being back on an SV and took a bit of getting used to. I spent the first day trying to ride it like an IL4 but I just spent the whole time on the rev limiter. Got the hang of it again a bit more on the Sunday and felt the improvement.

Anyway, a quick pic to show the old girl in action (the bike I mean, not me )

Catch you later

Copyright Racing Line Photography. Obviously. I may buy one though, honest

Techically, as it's taxed & insured, it's still "road going" (as in "going down the road" perhaps....)
