I'm a bit like Grinch... I hardly ever ride without my back protector, it feels weird not having it there, and I know full well the first day I don't is the day I crash... But I'm always, always forgetting to put it on, until I have the jacket on and zipped, and sometimes gloves too.

Except, my new winter jacket has a Knox back protector built in- quite good, not as big as the real thing but it's proper CE armour- and now I keep on forgetting NOT to put on the back protector.

Bit like me? are you... hairy back then...

I do that.. I keep forgeting to put my back protector on, normally remembering when I have my jacket on. I've also forgot to put my boots on, walking out to the biek in a pair of back shoes.

Anyway... who was sick and why?

During my regular counselling I have been taught to appreciate that hate is a very negative and non productive emotion/force. I therefore no longer have that word in my vocabulary nor view things in that light.

Now there are merely one or two things that I don't really care for.

I really hate:

1. Cagers who intentionally block my progress.
2. Cagers who, when trapped in traffic queues don't look before jumping into that gap that's just appeared in the lane on the other side of my filter line.
3. Police speed traps on the A13 that cause the traffic queues that endanger my health and bike.
4. Scoots/bikes filtering behind me with their headlight on full beam. "Yes, as well as all the cagers I can see you mate and I'll pull in when I get the chance but I can't see s*&t ahead of me, thank you very much you tw*t. In the event that I miss something appearing in my path please sign something to say 'yeah, it was my fault she was blinded'."
5. Cagers who just don't look.

....I'm sure there are more... just can't think of any more right now.

Only thing that annoyes me is people who are all over the road because they're on the phone, kids not being strapped in. Summer brings out blokes in full 1 piece leathers & Arai lids, and a girl on the back with an open faced Tackai Lid and a denim mini skirt... and crop top, sure she looks stunning, but how good will you feel when you come off and you're fine and she's a mess? Also people that block me when I'm filtering, and scooter riders that think they're the next Rossi and cut you up.

Maybe it's time I spent some more time with the counciler
