I had a pair of standard diablos fitted on friday, went to Wales on Saturday to bed them in and i cannot praise them highly enough.

As soon as i rode out of the garage and into the first corner i noticed that the bike turned in much quicker and stayed on line all through the corner.

The confidence these tyres give me is fantastic, went round the twisties on the A44 just out of penybont a few times and the tyres were fantastic, stable, sticky and i found myself going into corners much faster than i used to.

Been out this morning going round some roundabouts to see if i can lose the chicken strips, whilst the front tyre is as good as gone the rear tyre still has a one inch strip.

In my book that is good as i know that i am no where near the limit of the tyre.

I paid £200 fitted but i reckon its a bargain.

Great tyres.

As I've said before I'm very happy with my Diablos. Another one of the quicker SV riders in my state also runs them and swears by them. We ride at a similar pace with both of us feeling that we won't get the 2:1 wear rate out of the front. Not that either of us consider that a problem, we are both going to fit a 70 profile front on to see how that works for us.

I'm wearing out the tridents on the edge of the front tyre with still about 10-15mm left on the rear. Figure that with the increased side area on the 70 that this should match the front and rear a bit better.

well................

pilot powers are amazing espically with a 120/70 front

i have almost wiped out the little michilen man on the rear tyre, but because of the 120/70 front i still have a way to go before getting that well over
