I used to suffer really badly from hayfever and now cannot take antihistimine because it may react with my meds.
Last year I started eating honey everday as i heard it was good for digestion and stuff (im trying to stay healthy ![]() Then the other day on the radio I heard that if you eat local honey it can help prevent hayfever as it can help to "immunise" you against the pollen that the bees have used to make it (something like that anyway!) How its worked with me I dont know because I eat any old honey! touch wood - for the first year ever I havent had hayfever ![]() |

i never suffered with hay fever, till last year.
not sure why i started suffering, but this year is terrible, i would say piriton works, but it makes you so drowsy, that you will just want to sleep, and when you do, nothing wakes you up. |
