I'll run the book on how many breakdowns you'll suffer en route & whether or not you'll actually make it before the end of the meet !! :P
awww dont be rotten supervox.

My moneys on him arranging with Sid Squid to tow the bike to the meet and the book being on how many times it breaks down during the rideout :P
Hey, at least you won't need loud cans or horns, his clutch should be enough to avert all the other road users...

Supervox I shall rise above your uncouth attempt at humour.

Lolita and I will go on a nice train journey up to the north of Spain. There we will catch the Santander Plymouth ferry.

All in an attempt to ensure we both arrive fresh of course.

P.s. That LynW person can just stay right away from me! Enough is enough I tell you!!!

I reckon petey baby will arrive in, whip off the lid with a distracted look on his face, and commence cleaning the Duc like a dervish.
Rocking back and forward, frantically mumbling "Definately shouldnt be this dirty, definately shouldn't be dirty, definately definately not dirty".

This will procede into the early hours of the morning until he collapses of nervous exhaustion, where he will sleep restlessly clutching the bike.
"rhubarb custard... Definately not an unreliable bike. Definately not... two from the top please Carol and any other four... stupid Supervox... mumble..."

If you need somewhere to stay initially I have spare room if that helps.
Thanks Lynw for your invite. Talking with my brother Simon (another SV owner) he got interested as well so I guess I wouldn't come along. The other halves are all about coming as well so we'd have pillions. Its not a problem for us to go to a hotel on our arrival so that's out of the way. I'll also most probably be renting a bike as its the most intelligent thing to do. Bringing my own bike would take longer and more costly. Simon is still optimistic on coming with his own. We'll see.

Can anyone fill me in on how long the Ride would take, a week?
Would we carry our own camping gear or move from motel to motel?
Any decision on the final route map?

Ride out is usually on the day, with camping/b&b night before, night after.

No worries re the accomodation, if you need tents/sleeping bags people here could probably oblige. The link should give you an idea about the hire of bikes - there may be one more local to where the rideout is but a google search would find those.

There appeared to be far too much "camping" going on at AR06 from what I have seen from some of the pics. Not sure If I will fit in really. I mean Spidey seems to get the job of entertaining all of the babes!

I would need someone with a sympathetic oultook, you know the type that would pick up an injured feathered friend from the side of the road?
