That looks awesome!

My mate binned his TL1000R at Snetterton last Thursday - its written off as its smashed every piece of plastic on it - apparently its worth £900 salvage - I keep trying to get him to streetfighter it, but he isnt interested - shame!

I wish - I would have it! Its tempting at £900 as he has owned it from new and it has only 7000 miles on it (99 T reg)

Anyway, I digress - make sure you post lots of pictures of it when you get it!

A standard TLS wouldn't worry me, but a flat barred one would. I rode one, briefly, owned by a nutter I know down in Oxford.
My test ride was brief because by the time I'd ridden it out iof the cul-de-sac where he lived and gotten onto the local B roads I was already riding with more caution that is fun.
The owner, he had owned and built loads of streetfighters and that was the last one he ever had, ever.
It scared him so much he quit riding bikes on the road. He has a track gixer thou k6 and a KTM off roader now.

My CMA chapter president rides a TL, it sounds sweet, but looks like too much of a wild beast for me at this stage.

Enjoy but respect it as well!
