I'd rather the bike was permanantly caked in oil and running well then spotless and destroying itself. I can't be arsed with getting through 2 or 3 chains a year in 16,000 miles. Plus it's all free rust-proofing innit

I have a 18,000 mile chain that i've never had to adjust
I also have a clean back wheel.

You can have everything if it's all set up correctly.

No joke this. My silver coloured wheel wheel was once so dirty that I thought the silver bits were scratches to a black wheel
