You have the same problem I do, some sort of discolouring near the chicken strips. They don't count, give your tyre a wash

The front is already worn to the edge, I suppose it scrubs differently on corners.

Is your 55 degrees from vertical or horizontal?

Also, this method is a bit flawed as the tyre deforms when ridden on.

Not sure on the max lean angle for a stock SV but the GSXR range are around 50 degrees from vertical before the pegs go down.

TBH I didn't go intending to wear off my chicked strips (even though I did eventually) I was impressed with the hammering I gave it though. Mr K5 GSX-R1000 wasn't as impressed as I passed him everytime the track wasn't straight!
