Yeah Hayden might be doing better if not for a dodgy clutch but never the less, Rossi has retired from three races and Hayden hasn't.

If both bikes had been working as they should all season then Rossi would be ahead, so Hayden's in no position to complain.

Fizz...You are totally correct it is part of his contract as Nº1 rider for this season. But surely one has to set aside at some point the fiddling and messing and give the guy all the backing he needs to bring the title home for you?

Or have they been happy to see his chances falter as it is obvious they see Pedrosa and some other rider as their future and not Nicky Hayden? Do you see them wanting to see a repeat of the Valentino situation? He wins the title with them and then leaves?

Yes but as Rossi has said in the past, As far as the big cheeses at HRC are concerned its all about the bike not the rider. They don't care about riders they only care about Honda and its reputation.

I agree time to stop f*cking about with that development bike and put Hayden back on something that he doesnt have to baby the clutch on so that he doesnt put the bike on poll and then go backwards at the start of the race and have to make up all the places again.

HRC are not IMHO giving the guy a fighting chance.

I think you may remember that I have been saying all season that it would be Rossi. I know I also said it would be with 2 races to spare, maybe I was a little entusiastic. But I have yet to see somebody good enough, with the determination and all round ability to be a serious challenger.

Let's face it, the bloke is a bloody genius on two wheels, end of.....

The others are good, but not good enough.

Well I really like Rossi. I think ability wise he’s miles ahead of anyone else. However I read something in latest MCN about Rossi overtaking Stoner illegally during the Australian GP. Well, that puts his charge for a title into different perspective as if he was found guilty he would not be where he is now. I like him and I think he is a great character but I honestly feel he had too much bad luck this season to win the title. I dread the next year 800cc. I think it will be even bigger advantage for Pedrosa. The guy is so boring that I prefer to do some housework rather than listen to him talking.

Really do hope it's Rossi.

After all, if Hayden doesn't win at least he can still make a few quid playing the banjo.

Luke...Though not by any means the most jovial chappie, Dani does smile quite a bit for the Spanish TV cameras!
