Your camera and your PC are not talking to each other.

In the box with the camera should be a cable, plug one end of this into your PC via the USB port, then plug the other end into the camera, wait a few seconds and then turn the camera on.

The camera should then show up in my computer, right click the camera and choose "Get pictures" or something similar and then it should let you copy them to the PC.

If its a Kodak then they dont show as another driver letter in my computer, you just get an icon that looks like a camera with the model number of the camera next to it. I had to do this at the weekend for Liz's mum and she has a Kodak camera, took 5 minutes piece of p*ss.

Alternatively RTFM... the process is described in there.

A lot of 'older' Kodaks only get recognised by the easyshare crapware. Therefore all the talk of using Windows Explorer is no good.

We used to have that software, but damned if I can remember how we saved the pictures. Deleted the software Can't find the manual either.

Not much use really!
