That was when I was running Dynojet stage 1 kit with BMC RS filter. IIRC mains were about DJ150 when fuel/air ratio was corrected. I have since changed to Factory Pro Stage 2 kit with BMC RS filter and am running Mikuni mains, 160 front cylinder and 157.5 rear cylinder (this stagger of one jet size is recomended by Factory Pro). These jets are probably smaller than most people running a race can would require (I run a Quill Evo 2 road legal on Micron high level header pipes). Bottom end is much better now with the Factory Pro kit (though still not quite perfect), but Marc Salvisberg at Factory Pro has sent me some slightly steeper tapered needles to try, I just haven't had time to fit them.

Marc's a good guy... I had some big probs with Factory Pro at the end of last year trying to import a shift star, he sorted it in 2 days after the rest of the company had pi**ed about for months.
