Yeah they do look a bit rubbish compared to the R6 and GSXR600/750 short pipes and even the larger full size side mounted pipe like on my B2 and 05 ZX10.

Kawasaki are just crap at doing underseat pipes though anyway. Honda and Yamaha do it so much better.

No they don't!!!

have you seen the lack of storage under the seat of ANY of the bikes with unde4rseat bikes????

not to mention that a better handling bike will have its mass as close to the centre of the bike as possible and very, very low down!

the underseat pipes put weight high and far back, well away from the centre of the bike!

I am not saying that an R1 or a Blade are bad handling bikes, far from it but for the best handling machine, you need good ground clearance and low centre of mass!

underseat pipes make flicking a bike more difficult than a low slung can or an under belly system which is why suzuki have not gone down that route!!

besides under seat cans just look like the bike has an ********!!!









(and not just the rider!)
