Alternatively, if you just want one pop, rev it up high, flip the killswitch, then flip it back as the revs drop. Depending on how well you do it and your general setup, you'll get somethign between a sad little pop, and a nice big ball of flame.

My first 'big' bike was an er5 and I managed to get a full Remus system for it. You wouldn't believe it but that system I had produced the best sound from any bike I've ever had. And several people said that as well. Used to pop and crackle from 40mph downwards - which made the 2 mile commute to University every morning through Glasgow city centre, excellent fun. Literally got EVERYONE's attention. It would do it warm or cold and the system was fitted well so it must have been running incorrectly.

none. the fuel doesn't get ignited by the spark as the kill is on, so it passes through to the exhaust where it ignites and BOOOOM!

Blue pointy on 53 plate. Standard except for Stainless Scorpion oval that I fitted last Saturday. I've got a tail tidy to put on also when I've got some time. I work at Woodford (next door to Carrot Cruncher?) on Nights.
