Is it a genuine clutch? If so are the steels correct as suzuki use different thickness on different bikes, so do barnett and if its Ebc throw it away. use the box it'll be more reliable

Check the overall stack height and thrust bearing assy properly located

This surely sounds stupid but I couldn't figure out what this worm you guys are referring to is. I'm having same problems with my clutch...

It's under the front sprocket cover I think it's called the clutch activator!!

It's called the clutch release assembly


Thanks for the extra pointers Rob. As far as I'm aware the plates are OE. bought the bike with quite a bit of work done on it by JHS racing so might not be stock(possibly barnett if not)

Just thought, the other thing to check is the clutch lever as pattern ones can have a different pivot/mounting point to OE
