Muffs are a pain in the **** with the fairing. With some hassle they can be rigged so they're not dangerously pressing levers and restricting your movement, but I'd rather be a tiny bit colder and a lot safer.

I took my muffs off, it was just too dodgy. On the GT it was fine but the Sv's fairing gets in the way. Maybe when I do the riser bar conversion I might re-think it.

I guess I didn't understand you - Can't have been OEM the ones you tried. SJ did try to tell me the DRZ ones would fit easier.
