What wireless house alarm?

I forget the manufacturer of my house alarm, but I love it I basically live in fort knox.

I have 2 PIR sensors for every room (redundancy), entry sensors on every door/window, perimeter sensors around the garden that trigger different levels of alert based on how close to the house, and how many sensors get tripped. It can actually set off the full alarm without someone entering my house.

My front & back door are electronically controlled, if the alarm is in effect, the door's will NOT open unless you have the special magnetic keyfob to wipe by the lock.

The system can (but doesn't) send me SMS for proximity alerts, or if the threat is detected as more serious, it WILL dial the local police control centre & play a recorded loop to them, and at that point it will also SMS me.

I'm also looking at getting cameras fitted to watch the outside of the house due to recent events.

A mate of mine that owns a security consultancy firm fitted mine for me, and despite the friendly discount, it still wasn't cheap.

You get what you pay for at the end of the day.

I take it you are aware that if this hasn't been previously agreed to by the police you may be breaking the law?

mother in law lives in a massive house- eelccy gates- 2 mercedes..

cameras everywhere and microphones-- when triggered it turns off the tv and auto flicks for 2 secs to the camera image with sound..

as I found to my cost on the first visit to her mansion when I was talking to Kim and saying I didnt want to stay long just a quick hello and goodbye and what do i do if i wanna break wind...! ..

mum in law never lets me forget it .. and sometimes plays me the video !! oops

Yup & it has been agreed. It actually dials the local number that goes direct to the right place, instead of the call centre switch board too.
