Mind you, constantly throwing up when your teeth are clamped together isn't any fun
That took me SO aback I tried signing in as "noooooooooooo" after I clicked to reply to your post...

I can't think of anything worse to have to go through (at this particular point in time). You poor thing...
That must've really really really really really really REALLY been horrible...

Closest I've come to that is throwing up in a full face lid from food poisoning coming down the M1.

NOT pleasant!

As far as losing weight, your best bet is to exercise regularly for the next week and cut down the calories sensibly. You WILL NOT lose a stone in a week, but stay off the scales and concentrate on how you look and feel. That's what you really want to change, right? Getting on the scales is deceptive and depressing. If you're exercising, muscle weighs more than fat, so you can be burning fat and the scales still say that you're putting on weight. If you're anything like me, that'll have you running for the cakes and chocolate faster than anything!

Good luck!

I just ate a whole big bag of peanut M&M's. The idea made me feel better but the consumption made me feel worse
I think I can feel myself getting fatter...

Well the wife and I are arranging our first visit ie joint to fat fighters tonight. Looking forward to tangling with Marjorie Dawes

My next door neighbour has lost 3 stone and his wife 4. So I have now got the incentive to loose some belly

If you lost eight stones, you'd have negative weight... or would that be lift?

From the pics I've seen of Northy, if he lost 8 stone he'd fall through the crack in his own ****.
