Yep, £30, or, three tanks of fuel, or lots of beer and a takeaway, or anything else you fancy, but £30 each and every time you get tugged.

There was actually a GSXR on my road yesterday, with a single line plate. I thought about asking him how happy Plod were with it, but he was a good 40ft away. I can't remember what his plate was, but I know I could read it.

Just a little useless information for you there I think he's moving in to the house up the road, or friends are, so I'll have a chat when I get the chance.

Yep but if they continually nick you for having a dodgy plate, they'll report you to the DVLA who'll cancel your normal registration number and then issue you with a Q plate for the rest of the bikes life. Which personally I wouldnt want.

TBH the 7 x 5 you have on your bike now looks fine.
