I think mine is female. Little bit aggressive, but gentle when appropriate. Likes to play and dance, but will behave and look after 'us' when required ......

I don't think of bikes as being anything but inanimate objects, but if you take the French idea that everything has a gender then it would be 'le harley', 'la ducati' and 'le speed triple'. I'm not sure what gender i'd have assigned to the SV, probably 'le SV'.

The Ducati was 'la' for being Italian, temperamental and high-maintenance.

Only ever really thought of it as being a bike but if pushed would have to say female simply because I wouldn't ride a bloke!

My bikes have always been just bikes............. fortunately for me, as if they did have a gender I would be locked up for abuse!
