I picked mine up on Sat from Glasgow (280ish miles back). I ended up riding about 350 that day. Sunday, I went out for a couple of hours (80 miles or so). Monday (my birthday), crap weather to start with, but I went for a ride in the early afternoon and it cleared up (about 100ish miles). Yesterday I went to work on it and came home the long way (35 instead of 7). It then chucked it down, but cleared up later. I went out late evening (7ish) and had a v good ride on one of the well known bike roads in our area (about 80miles that day too). LOTS of twisties (that was a huge confidence building ride).

As far as this weekend goes, I've got a Land Rover show to go to on Saturday. It looks like I'll be taking the bike instead though (the Land Rover's sulking and has decided it doesn't want to work). Then I'm heading down to the Thundersprint (bike show) in Northwich on Sunday.

What about you?

P.S. I LOVE the sound of my unbaffled Remus Revolution exhaust

Friday out from about 2 oclock, bit of a hassle as my bike is 20 miles away at my folks, more secure than my flat in edinburgh so have to drive down. I am planning to do one of Rides 'top 50 'routes there is one near me that sounds good, sat a bit of work then bike and all sunday, meeting up with a guy I know through work who has a blackbird and more experience so that should be good, going to have a wee spin through country. Only thing is I'd like a bigger tank so I don't have to fill up so often! Other than that can't complain.

My blue flame exhaust is sitting in my folks house just waiting to go on after service. I too lust for that throaty roar ha ha, take it easy and enjoy bike show, I went to the one in edinburgh before I had bike and bought loads of kit, much cheapness, buy on last day if you can...bargins
