I bought some PJ1 i think its called, the shop said it was about the best.

Easy to do it, dont know what i was worrying about, with the miles i do i dont think i will bother with the scotoiler option yet as its pretty easy just to spray it on.

On another note i have now done over 500 so can take it upto 8500prm now, which has made me smile as i was getting abit bored

Then every couple of days it gets a squirt of Wurth Dry Lube.

Then every week it gets washed & scrubbed, Wurth'd and then Castrol LM all over it. This stuff is designed for gearboxes, so it can't be all that bad The fling is minimal if you allow it to settle on nicely (half hour or so).
one could say that's a bit of a overkill? How many miles do you do per week?

JUST commuting will see me doing 500miles a week.

This weekend I covered maybe 300miles on top of my commute.

EDIT: My bike is around 9months old, I bought it brand new (4mile PDI), if it's not done 20k by now it's damned close.
