I know what you mean but in real life it doesn't look quite as slabby. Any one going on the North/South will see how gorgeous it really is.

It does look slabby in the pics, but its not, theres lots of little curves on the bodywork that you can't really make out in the pictures. It really is a work of art and you only really "Get" it when you sit and look at the bike for a few minutes.

I'm a big fan on the 916 series bikes, but the 749 / 999 is growing on me the more time I spend looking at it.
