Rivvy to Belmont, up to M65, then past Houghton Tower, right into Quaker Brook Lane, then up to the A59 past BAE and that fab Lightning, left to Ribchester, nearly to Longridge, right towards Clitheroe, then left at the bridge to Waddington.
Drinks at the Waddington Arms, then virtually the same route back 'cos it's ace!

Damm

My non existent hangover, prevented me from playing out with you guys.

Way too much beer last night to risk venturing onto the road. I need my licence.

I take it you were exercising the knee to assess the S/N capability?. I am surprised you didn't make it up as far as Slaidburn

Well time to light the barby and incinerate some emulsified offal tubes.

Yup, about 100 miles in all today, knee felt a bit weak and I found it hard getting my foot in the right position on the peg. Plus, couldn't push down on the peg very much, so a fair bit slower that usual.
Slaidburn? to be honest, i just fancied a cold pint of juice in the pub garden, in the shade 'cos it was flippin' hot!
Good company, bit of a natter, then more beltin' roads home.
