Been using vista on a new pc I bought a couple of months ago, I actually like it. TBH mostley do internet and ms office stuff so far but it seems quick and easy to maintain. Good search functions and the bits "seem" better intergrated than xp.
The only thing that I have noticed from other people experieces is that you need a decent chunk of ram, 2gb sound right. People have told me that there home pc at even 1gb is aweful, but works fine when upgraded to around 2gb. |

Have a lot of experience with it - work in a software test lab and we have been testing it fairly rigorously. Only just decided to give it a go at home, has its issues, but seems to be settled now that a lot of the initial launch driver issues have been fixed
