UK K2(pic shown)>>> 36620-19F30 =£85.17 UK X,Y,K1 I think is>>> 36620-19F10 =£109.87 I'm pretty sure I'm correct in all the information I've given out to you so far. Have you dealer check those part numbers and see what they say. Suzuki also changed the number of connector blocks on the K2 compared to the X,Y and K1 so they do indeed do silly stuff like that. Seeing as the sub-loom you have doesn't plud directly into your K2 main loom the obviously Suzuki changed something as the Euro(as said earlier) X,Y and K1 sub-loom definitely plugs straight into a UK X,Y and K1 main loom. Have a look at th pic of the K2 sub-loom I posted and compare the connector blocks to what you have on YOUR K2 main-loom. Ben |

Unlucky pal, whats wrong with the brakes?
Seen them stick before on escorts and the like when the rubber hoses collapse internally, good excuse to fit stainless braideds. As for the brake lever just drill a hole through it and bang a bolt through with a nyloc nut on. M8 or M10 works OK IIRC Way cheaper.

Better still, tap said hole and threadlock bolt in- tidier that way.

Into the side of the lever? Looks way too thin for that IMO

Done it myself. Um, 10000 miles ago I reckon. If there was a pulling force on it then I'd want more thread but it's all across the thread not against it.

If your brakes stuck on and are now fine, I'd strip, clean and grease all 3 calipers, then rebuild them and bleed them through once you were certain all pistons move freely and the front calipers move freely on their sliders.
Do a search on the brakes or use a manual, it doesn't take long, you just need some red rubber grease, brake fluid and some hot water and Cif/Jif to clean the calipers up. Make sure you get all the crud out of the dust seal and fluid seal grooves and if any of the seals are distorted or torn replace them. Take the front brake lever off too and clean up the pivot, lever and master cylinder, then use a little motor oil to lubricate it. Brakes are something that need to be working well and smoothly, you need to be able to trust them so it's just not worth cutting corners on this one ![]()

The K2 Euro/UK looms are definitely not plug compatible with each other - they are utterly different - I had to get a "friendly" MOT station to help me out, although the UK lights don't project light up all that much and have a fairly flat and neutral beam.
