well i think he works the other side of the industrial EST, soooooooooo i could grab one of me chisels and pop over there at lunch
 or i could report him to the plods, only trouble with that is how to get his number plate he's way to quick, I don't fancy following him as i would probably end up under a car |

I'd go with the report it to the Police option with as much info as you can, times etc.
I would ask to speak to a Traffic Officer in person or by phone as they're more likely to take an interest in it that way.

are the police good then in your areas cos where i live they aren't interested all there good for is issuing crime numbers i haven't seen a cop car in Halifax for at least a year

Lodge a complaint against dangerous driving. Take his reg, time, location, that he is there daily.
They will investigate it. |

if you know where he works, inform his employer too ... they MAY take a dim view of one of their employees driving so recklessly ... or ...
Leave a condom and the following note to his car windscreen ... "Free condom. Courtesy of your insurance company. If you're going to drive like a d1ck, then we'll cover you like one"
