Apparently not entirely true. It is said that he sometimes sang that like at gigs and looked over at Noell Reading.

Not one of mine, but one I've heard people sing, think it was on radio or tv with the same topic of this thread.

Maddonnas "Erotic" song:

Bill Oddie, Bill Oddie, put you hands all over my body....

Makes me chuckle.

Dexy's Midnight Runners have just sprung to mind.

I just make up my own lyrics while trying to do my best Drunk-Hobo impression.

Akon - Snitch.

Always seem to sing "stepping with the mind-state of a lobster" instead of "mobster" thanks to Kate who thought it sounded like lobster so sang that untill it stuck!!

Brings a smile to my face everytime I hear the song now.

When I first heard Fall Out Boy "This aint a scene, it's an arms race" I heard the line "This aint a scene, it's a God damn arms race", as "This aint a scene, it's a God damn *rse face".

I then discovered that this was a common mis-hearing......but I still loved the day when an XFM DJ said, "...and that was Fall Out Boy with 'This aint a scene, it's an *rse face'". The only sound to be heard from the studio for then next 30secs was silence and stifled laughter
