I did. Luckily the truck that was bearing down on me saw what was happening and kindly stopped before squishing me.

Run over on foot. You really are having a bad year!

Tad foggy out today! Couldn't see jack on the M4.

I was reminded this morning of just how slippery tyres are when cold.

Approaching the Wandsworth one-way system, light dab on front brake, wheel locked up and started to tuck under. Uh-oh. Kept it upright but I'll bear that one in mind next time I'm riding on stone cold tyres.

Tell me about it...

Just riding away from the dealer on Saturday, up the alley that leads from the car park to the main road, I gave the throttle the lightest of twists and the back end tried to throw me off.

I am ready for a thou, honest

Haha yeah, we do seem to hear an awful lot of "back-spinning up" stories..

Our whole car park was black ice, luckily I was in the KAge. nearly fell over getting out of the car though. There where two accidents on the A34 southbound too! Something to bear in mind when I go home and when Andy comes down for the Shire meet. Hope they've cleared it up, it was several car shunts for each one. People never give enough distance in fog!
