Mav; Sorry I didn't get over to see you in action. We had a staff meeting called last minute, then bythe time we got out it was pi$$ing down. How was the new track? I would have loved just a few laps to check it out.

Very nice Sean!

Still cant decide what to do about a new bike - KTM 640 LC4, CCM 404DS, Suzuki DRZ400SM or 400S are current favourites.

Bored of bringing the car into work already!

No worries Rich, we had a great day, my upper body muscles (yes I do have some) are aching today.

The new track is great, although I can't compare it to the old one. Some of the hair pins are quite slippery, as there seem to be loads of rubber left from the car racing.

Didn't bin it, although I did have a couple of 'not getting it round' as I'd hoped moments and I only got the Esses right toward the end of the day.

We were really lucky with the weather, it was damp after the overnight rain, but that disapeared after the first proper car seesion went round and then it stayed dry all day, except for the last session, but even then it was only spitting with rain.

The worst bit was the ride there and back, and I went to bed a 9pm completely cream crackered

If I'm honest, no, as my big plates of meat touched down and got in the way.

But I lost my chicken strips on the left handside and reduced them on the right at lot, which was hard for me as left handers are easier than right handers.

Yes, and I also know that I only need two fingers on my front brake lever, much better control than the original SV ones.

I wasn't the slowest and people were only passing me on the straights using their superior HP.

I learnt 2 finger braking when off-roading last year - I kept practising it and now I do it without thinking - you have much more control that way I think.

Ahh the joys of an SV650 on a fast track - fun passing them in the corners though!
