Huge thanks to Mike and Dave for organising the route. Real big pi$$er about kwak. Sincerely hope him 'n bike are fixed soon. Although I was only there for the Saturday, I had a fantastic time (even if I was on a Hornet ).

I ached on Saturday night ... from all the riding ... AND all the laughing

Just glad the rest of you all got home safely (albeit Dave with a ticket )

Looking forward to the next one already!! When is it? Where is it?

I'd just like to thank the one group of folks that seems to be collectively missed out. Those of you that turned up, either for the day, or the weekend.

Without you guys, the whole weekend would of been a big flop.

So thanks for making it a good weekend, and we'll sort out another one some time, only without "that" road perhaps (or maybe the other way around - see if that solves the jinx).

I'm off to Border Patrol now to post about the events on my way home...

What a fantastic weekend.

First of all. NO RAIN! Just a little mizzle Sunday morning.

Interesting roads spent with fun people. Just wish the daytrippers could have stayed over. Lovely group spirit too.

Luckypants and Baph did an excellent job of sorting the run out, getting us to the next nourishment stop and generally keeping the show on the road (oops, sorry Kwak)

I thought the overall group riding standard was very high and the consideration shown to other road users was a credit to the site IMO.

Hopefully LP and Baph can be persauded to sort out another run/weekend for next year. Pretty please.

I would like to echo Pete's comments. The riding was of both a high technical standard and high road manners. It is difficult to judhe that from the front, but what I saw as folks over took to maintain the group was safe and positive.

Certain sportsbike riders may not agree

sports bikes is that what they was i thought it was the scooter boys

A lot of credit goes to Mike for taking it easy leading, the drop off riders marking the turns and the knowledge that Baph was TEC.
