Cos I needed to get rid of my festive pic and didnt know what to use, so I thought i'd Google Speedplay and see if it came up with anything cute, funny or interesting.... but obviously not!!!

Im sorry, I guess I just have too much time on my hands..

Well ive done an oil and filter change, getting new rear tyre today, gonna change the rear pads while the rear's being done and then get all the fairings off (yawn!) to get behind the headlight to put in a new indicator relay.

This week it had the carbs n valves done, apparently the carbs were perfectly balanced and two cylinders were spot on but two were tight (0.1 when they should be 0.15 - 0.19, i think

) but anyway the point is....

Im ready for a summer of trouble free riding, our first overnighter being a trip to clacton in a fortnight, bring it on!!! Unless something unpredictable goes wrong hopefully the only other thing to do in the next 8k miles will be the c&s but thats good for a long while yet.

The only downside is that its still red, white and purple...

The colour doesn't bother me kj, I only get to see the front of your bike in my mirrors anyway...
