I was running up a very steep hill and breathing very hard. I woman in a car decides I would be the perfect person to give her some directions. Needless to say I ignored her and carried on running. The other day a car drove past me as I was about to cross the road on a run. As he went past he thought it would be a good idea to slam his brakes on to ask me for directions. I ran into the back of his car. Idiot.
Yes, still running, although very limited. |

Should I?...
Go for a 25k run this weekend? Foxy has invited me on the run but having only done limited amount of runs over the past few couple of months and only 3 or 4 miles each time, not sure I should tackle such a long distance. What do you guys think? Quit the whining and get on with it or try and talk my way out of it. |

Had a lousy month so far, only got 8 miles in according to Fetch, supposed to be doing a 10k in two weeks time but cant make it now, anyone fancy two entries to the liverpool 10k on sun the 3rd of october, me and the mrs were running but cant make it now, pm me if you fancy it
