I was running up a very steep hill and breathing very hard. I woman in a car decides I would be the perfect person to give her some directions. Needless to say I ignored her and carried on running. The other day a car drove past me as I was about to cross the road on a run. As he went past he thought it would be a good idea to slam his brakes on to ask me for directions. I ran into the back of his car. Idiot.

Yes, still running, although very limited.

Should I?...

Go for a 25k run this weekend? Foxy has invited me on the run but having only done limited amount of runs over the past few couple of months and only 3 or 4 miles each time, not sure I should tackle such a long distance. What do you guys think?

Quit the whining and get on with it or try and talk my way out of it.
