Its OK, cheers. It doesn't smell of sick just of some cleaner type stuff. My shorts are OK now also, after boiling them and using all the wash cycles that my machine has!

Does that mean you've moved into the new pad? Isn't it a flat you've bought? That must be one monster window box to have all that in it!!

Best days riding i've had yet! Mega massive ride to stonehenge, was bloody good fun! Discovered some really great roads, must do them again sometime.

Only bad bit was when the can of redbull in my underseat compartment decided to explode somehow. Tomorrow will be spent cleaning sticky crap off my bike. Lesson learnt the hard way

A mate rode from Brussels to near Orleans earlier this year with four bottles of Westvleteren for me and had to ride back with them as I didn't have enough space in my luggage to bring them back (obviously we were too stupid to just drink the damn things). When he got home he found one of them had exploded, drenching his clothes in lovely yeasty beer.

On which note, I need to collect the rest of the crate. Don't suppose anyone's driving via Brussels in the next couple of weeks?

No, thought not.

There were loads of bikers out today. While I was sitting in a queue on the M25. In a car .

Well I just got very wet and cold coming back from London this morning. Time for the winter kit to come out of hibernation again

Arrived back in Oxford and it hasn't even rained here.

I blew a ton on some new winter gloves yesterday, Alpinestars Jet Road GTX. If i'm unlucky enough to test then in anger i'll report back. Heinz Gherkin are doing 25% or so off winter gloves atm. Plenty bargain.

I'll be using my old man electric jobbies again. Just wish I'd chucked them in my bag on friday evening.

Just to make people in the know jealous. I had a Hinwil cordon bleu for my dinner last night! It was damn yummy!

I had a tit moment this morning (no, not THAT kind of moment). Bit of a dodgy overtake which meant I had to rush to get in and knocked the bike into neutral while hurtling towards a tight left hander. Banged it into first as I had just turned in, back wheel locked up and I went round the bend sideways.

The AMG merc behind me clearly thought it was great.

Had to change trousers when I got to work. Sometime I ride like an idiot!
