Right well I think its time to try and pull this lot together.

Please put down which days you will be staying for, I have put down a few people that I know are coming on certain days but please add to this if Ive made an error or omitted you.

Also keep an eye out for a thread on facebook where I will include what to bring and a menu for the Saturday night take away.

* If you require your picture being taken at the weekend then please include a (P) next to your name for either Saturday or Sunday.

to keep the list up to date can you put a P next to my name on the saturday please.....

I need to leave on the saturday night VT as sorting out my mum's mother day present with my sister on sunday as its the only chance we both have

but like i said earlier I really don't mind if I leave at midnight etc

I take it this a 2011 calender, i mean it's bloody march now!!

exactly, obviouse question. Although you might as well run it from april to april, lol. Reading back it was suggested to do the calender for the fiscal year and also suggested for 2011, but no decision seems to have been made, just peoples opinions, so nerr. And i do believe the title says 2010. so nerr nerr. lol.

if you read all the previous posts, the organiser does say when the calender is due to run from, I serously doubt 10 days of sales would be enough to make it worth while, which probabley accounts for them not following your suggestion.
