I'm already confirmed, but I just wanted to point out that I told Mike that it'd be me & probably 2 bikes. One of the bikes joining with me is likely to have a female pillion on - so lissa, you might not be as lonely as previous rides.

My attendance may be in jeopardy, I'm not sure if there's a family holiday that clashes with it yet, but as for now, I'm in for the both days.

I also WONT be using the accomodation, despite the generous efforts that folks have been to (perticularly lissa - again). Mainly because it appears space is tight, and I'm a yocal, so can ride home The other 2 bikes I'm bringing to the ride also won't be using the accomodation for the same reasons.

If no-one else fancies doing it, I'll do TEC again, but I think this time I'd rather be a general marker. I don't get out on the bike as much, and I reckon it'd be fun to be a marker instead - something I haven't done on an organised ride yet. Of course, I'm still happy to do TEC if needed, or even swap with someone at some point.

Once the route is published etc I'll spend some time checking it out for roadworks etc.

We will have a shakedown ride before hand to make sure I got up to date info on the route. I got the week before off, using up holiday so plenty of opportunity.

TEC is in hand mate, cos you already mentioned you would like to be with your friends.
