H&S are just a bunch of tossers with nothing else to do but ruin things. The last training course I was forced to go on I fell asleep. But they have the power to make your business life expensive and hassle.

Any time the H&S are on our transport site, the warehouse slave has to load the trailers with the forklift. He is slow, and useless. When the H&S asswipes are off site, the drivers kick said FLT driver out of the seat and do it themselves far quicker and safer. We all think he got his FLT licence out of a doggy bag he is that crap..

You should see the estate road where I'm based -go any more that 15mph and ul break a lorry spring due to the massive potholes. And the road too is owned too by Glasgow Council.... Yet H&S say the road is fine for other vehicular traffic... figure that one out.

OK - the reason I asked is that where I work persistant speeding can be considered Gross Misconduct - therefore a fireable offence !!

G2D, I worry about you. You're another GYKD, although (a) I don't think you're gay and (b) I think that his departure preceded your arrival. You speak like you're proud of doing nearly 90 in a 30.
