Just had a game of Junior Cluedo, Who stole and ate the Cake ..?
I won, competetive dad came out. so I got the kids to do my bidding for 30 minutes...
which was, "Go up stairs and play with you new stuff very very quietly Please..."

I had a productive day all said and done.
Got the laundry done, tidied the tools, decided I need another tool chest. Found one in the sales, searched around for some stuff to flog on ebay to pay for it, including a fully working fruit machine - though I had to make a few phone calls because I forgot where the keys were hidden from when it was used as a money box.

You'll have to give me that in good old English, mate - I don't speak the lingo.

I picked up little bits of Maltese from my parents, but not enough to hold a conversation.

Ok mate, sorry for a minute there you had me fooled into thinking you're actually Maltese, but I guess your parents are. A Merry Christmas to you and your folks mate.

Haha, 3/4 Maltese by birth, but as English as they come in most respects. Too Maltese to be English, and too English to be Maltese is how my sisters describe us all.

Mrs Bluepete bought me a super Accurist watch, the kids, a box of five different coffees and a new hob-top coffee maker.
Kids have taken over the entire house with pressies, we bought the youngest a Scalextric which will be out withing minutes'cos he's just gone to bed!
I bought Mrs Bluepete a Nintendo DS which I was tempted to sell - they were going for over £200 on Ebay in the last week!

Happy ****edmass everyone!
