Well as response I pull people over if I want to talk with them about the car, their drving ect or like the nob I gave the mobile phone tickect too. Besides if the car is heap I call out a traffic unit, and the car gets taken off the road, done that a few times, that spoiled their day But for me wanting to move up too traffic I'm proactive with that, on top of everything else I do.

I haven't stopped many bikes, me being me I would probally just about bikes if I did anyway and wonder what I'm doing at work!

As the controlled crossing easiet way to remeber is not to over take the vechicle that has stopped in the front of the crossing.

Me and plowsie flew past a riot van on the M6 at about 95 on the way to stormy petrel

I followed a police 4x4 last year on dual carriage way doing 85-90mph! i actually over took him at first but then tailgated me, so i pop over on the left and let him by, then just followed him. Then a queue of cars line up behind me also. I thought thats odd, he doing 85 plus and isnt even on call duty!
