105 miles a week commuting. If I'm out on the weekends a bit more.

I was doing about 180 mile a week. It was taking it's toll on the bike, and tyres squared off realy quick. The cost of train travel is less than the cost of the bike, so now I'm WW.

Commuter miles are about 80 each week, business miles are between 700 and 1,000.
So far on my bike I've done 5,500 miles... ... in 2 years ![]() Note to self: must try harder! |

well i got the bike on 20th May last year, it hit 4000 around the 20th Feb this year, so that's 4000 miles in 40 (52 - 3*4) weeks, so 100 miles a week, and i don't commute on it, ever...
oh, and add 400 or so miles for the DRZ which i've had since september and you're talking even more ![]()

Well for me if it all goes to plan and I move to where I want too, I will live 10 mins walk from the train station, where I work is next to the station, so no more commuting on the bike I hope. So it can be used fun and then doesn't haven't to out in the crap weather

20 mile a day currently. I did consider a job that would have been 120 a day (60 each way) but the extra money i would have earnt would have been taken up in fuel costs alone!
Doris, is at 55k currently. If i get the new job i applied for, then its going to be cheaper by train/DLR sadly, so my weekly milage will be zero ![]() £20 a week by train, £20 a week fuel + parking @£10 a week. Sad really |

I do around 400 miles a week, an 80 mile round trip each day. Bought my bike on around 11k last July and it's just gone over 20k!
