yeah there was a queue so i left it there at 1 and picked it up at 4, he didn't clean the grease of the rims but he was busy and for the price i can't complain

There's lots of talk about new tyres, but i've always ridden them progressively harder and never had any issues. I think people make too big a thing about it.

You're also only meant to go around a roundabout 3 times.

My philosophy is, if the tires don't grip when needed and I fall down and break the bike and/or my body parts, this is bad thing. So, I go with the stickest thing I can get. That way, if I end up recovering in a body cast, I can console myself that my injuries were not caused by my trying to be frugel. Consider the Michelin Pilot Road 2CT, two compound tire, super duper sticky on sides and sticky on the center.
