Yeah £5000 is the limit in the small claims court, the settlement wasn't for that, but it was a significant enough portion of that, hence me being happy

It's a beautiful thing they are doing, but utterly pointless.

'Fully restored with custom exhaust and fully adjustable shocks.....' WTF and more to the point why?
