Nearly all of thos make perfect sense to me. My OCD like habits include:
Tv or radio has to be on an even number. Windows are chromed metals can not have finger prints on them. Everything has to be at 45 or 90 degrees of eachother, if possible. If there are two straight edges they have to be parallel. Any coloured pens should be arranged in order, with any labels facing up and all pen lids pointing in one direction. The corners of the duvet have to be right in the corners of the duvet cover. Dust has to be cleaned up. It doesn't matter which way the loo roll is facing but all the loo rolls in the house must be in the same style. A door is either fully open or fully closed - it can't be left in the middle. Blinds must all be parallel and there must be no tangles. If I'm using paper it can't be dented, distorted, creased. All coat hangers face the same direction with everything on them facing in one direction, they are then separated into type of clothing. All t-shirts folded the same way and put in 'their order'.

That's all of them except for what I have to do before I go to bed - I have to open and close my airing cupboard doors, lock them. Close any open drawers or doors in my room, pull the curtains shut then arrange them 'til I'm happy. Flick the lights off, close the door, get into bed, click my back, and then turn over 3 times before I can sleep.

I think that's it

Alex

Is it classed as O.C.D if you go on the org a lot? or is that just obsessive

Always have to look out of the dining room window to check my alarm light is flashing on the bike before i go to bed(i can see it lighting up under the bike cover when its dark.)

Then when i get to bed i have to check my alarm on my digital clock is set for the right time 3/4 times to get me up for work.

I guess i'm just weird where alarms are concerned...lol.

I'll see that lot and raise you this:

My socks are all folded in a particular way and are stacked in neat rows in the drawer. All tools in my toolchests must be in their correct places, in size order with manufacturers names facing upwards. Books must be stacked in rows in the shelves in height order, going from highest on left to shortest on right. All shoes must be lined up in pairs under the bed and heels all in perfect line with each other and parallel to the bed edge. All cables must be out of sight. Anything on my desk must be either in symmetry with something on the other side, or be parallel to the edges. Even my kid's photos on my shelf are in age order with eldest on left to youngest on right (it does my head in that they don't all look the same, it's so unsymmetrical). Loo roll must have the open edge on the facing side, not near the wall. Remotes are lined up at 90 deg to the desk and parallel to each other.

It's no small wonder I'm single.

It's only this last year or so I trained myself to stop pulling my socks up tight every 5 or so minutes.
