Oh yeah forgot you've joined the gimp-suited ranks of plastic projectile pilots. Bah.
For the money you've spent on that you could have bought a proper bike ![]() When this silly 33bhp things over it's going to be speed triple or TLS ![]()

Sounds like a made up statistic to me. If you're sensible enough to consider doing it that way (restricted license so that you'd be "safer"), then you're sensible enough to ride a full power bike, it doesn't have to be fast remember, just ride what you're comfortable with.
A crazy guy that would go out and buy a Hayabusa for a first bike and ride it like a moron will in all honesty not be made much safer by restricting himself to a 33bhp bike. If he's crazy he's crazy, 33bhp is still more than enough to get you deadly speeds. All it would do is change the way he's going to kill himself. |

+1 It's not a set of stabilisers.
Also consider 33bhp on the motorway means the usual escape route of opening the taps to get out of trouble isn't there! You have to ride defensively as the normal escape route is closed off by a "safety" feature!

Ok thanks everyone, that quite conclusive then
![]() Can I book my CBT and then follow it immediately with DAS? Can I do my theory test first and get it out the way? Any recommendations in the Midlands to do it all? I'm in Birmingham. Thanks. |

Yes you can do either CBT or theory first then DAS immediately.
You do not need CBT to do theory test or vice versa.
