O....M...G that was fun
 80 miles in pure darkness with mist rolling off the hills, NOW THAT'S FUN!! switched the lights off for a few secs on the straights lol scarry as hell but all very exhilarating Last edited by Wideboy; 30-08-08 at 10:17 PM. |

I kinda like night riding too but just remember that people are leaving pubs at that time of night. And if you're out in the sticks you are far more likely to encounter someone willing to take a chance and drive home.

ive had a few close ones in cannock chase at night with deer, i try not to think about it.

i go right out in the sticks, i once did the A32 and A272 in the early hours on way back from friends in Winchester and only overtook 3 cars.
both fantastic roads, go up it at dawn when no ones about and you can really crank the bike over over

Ended up doing a night ride last night as I was a little later than planned getting home
 but then its something I enjoy now and then anyways  Doing it to and from work during the winter is just not the same though  Quote:

Open moorland at speed is the best bit
I want a supermoto for the roads round here, suspension travel on them you could probably just pop it over the odd sheep lol
