what are the avonx storms like wear wise?? ie how many miles will you get out of them as i have had a very good price from my mate in atyre place

no idea yet, my mate on a gsxr 1100 got k out of his back tyre.. including a huge burn out.. but it depends intirley on your size the bike, road condition, how you ride etc, Im expecting 4 out of them if i get more ill be happy.

My mate has a GSX1400 and swears by storms on them , he gets just over 4k on them when riding like a loon and reports 7k of gentle winter use , although theres no such thing as gentle with him on a bike

I've got Conti Road Attacks on my MT which seems to be pretty solid in the wet. However I've just fitted Storm STs to my Bandit 1250 on Wednesday and scrubbed the things to 1/2 inch of the edge in 22 miles in the dry. Last night went out and it pi$$ed it down, these new boots offer the best confidence of any tyre that I've ever used in the wet even without being completely scrubbed in. Astonishing! I had the predecessor Azaros when I had an SV which were great in the dry but no where near the grip of the Storm on the wet.
