thanks, good advice there. i need some rubber grease then.

you don't know the rear capacity do you? I have 500ml of dot 4 in my garage.

500ml plenty.

Like I say I can send you some grease, I've got some little sachets left over from yammy rebuild kits for the 400.

Only one passage. Seals are the same size though. I don't know for sure, think they're k1 to k3.

If it is these callipers below you are on about they are GSXR750Y-K3 (2000-2003) and GSXR600K1-K3 (2001-2003).

Yep, them's the ones. I thought the 750Y-K3 calipers were 6 pots?

No, the GSXR1000 K1-K2 were the six pots (gold) of that calliper mount design along with the GSX1400.






The TL1000R, Hayabusa, and GSXR750 SRAD had 6 pots too but of the older mount design.
